Please try before you buy. Our free 10-question demo uses the same practice-exam software, question style and explanations as the paid product, so you can check that it works on your device and suits you before purchasing.
Digital products: all sales final
The SPI Exam Simulator (including its mock exams and question bank) are digital products. The full content is available immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned.” For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the situations below.
When we will refund
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the extra charge.
- No access. If you paid but cannot access the product because of a problem on our side, and we cannot fix it within 5 business days after you contact us, we will refund your purchase.
- Required by law. We will provide any refund required by applicable law.
When we will not refund
- You changed your mind, did not use the product, or ran out of time to study.
- Your exam result, or your exam date changed.
- You disagree with individual questions or explanations. Please report these so we can review and fix them.
- Your access was ended for breaking our Terms (for example, sharing your account or copying content).
How to ask for a refund
Email r.mena@sonotecimaging.com within 14 days of purchase with your name, the email on your account, and your PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, access to the product ends.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank. Most problems are fixed quickly by email. See Section 9 of our Terms.
